Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our corporate B2B growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing long‑term relationships with corporate clients while driving the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to communicate value propositions to corporate clients.
• Identify and independently pursue new B2B opportunities, managing the relationship from initial contact to closing.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, opportunities, and risks in the corporate segment.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to senior executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure precise fulfillment of corporate client needs.
• Develop competitive proposals and pricing strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline health using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development handling corporate accounts.
• Expert‑level presentation and negotiation skills with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, strong organizational abilities and customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
