Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead market exploration and generate high‑quality sales leads for our growing portfolio. You will map key organisations, understand their structures, and create new business opportunities that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drill new market segments to generate qualified sales leads.
• Map high‑profile companies, analysing roles and responsibilities of decision‑makers.
• Manage business development accounts, acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Establish large‑volume, high‑profit accounts with strong retention and loyalty.
• Drive revenue growth through aggressive initiatives and strategic outreach.
• Follow up on opportunities, schedule meetings and deliver compelling presentations.
• Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
• Administer accounts, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and outdoor sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Dynamic, highly motivated and presentable.
• Team player capable of working independently under pressure.
• Own a car with a valid driving licence is preferable.
