Business Development Manager

About the role

Azeus Systems Limited is expanding its sales force for the Azeus Convene platform, a meeting and collaboration solution for boards and senior leadership teams. The Business Development Manager will drive new business, showcase the product, and build relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for potential clients.
• Generate sales‑qualified leads via outreach, networking, and lead‑generation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from lead to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Travel within the region to meet clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region, including KSA.
• Educational background in Business Management; a Computer Science background is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads.
• Experience selling software to BFSI, government, listed companies, and large enterprises.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C‑suite engagements.
• Ready to join within 1‑2 months notice period and willing to travel.
