About the role
Zeal Group, an award‑winning FinTech organisation, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in Jordan and the wider MENA region. You will be responsible for building relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), money managers and other partners to drive trading activity across multi‑asset products such as gold, oil, FX and cryptocurrencies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach and onboard new IBs and money managers in the MENA region.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to increase accounts, deposits and revenue.
- Prepare tailored proposals and sales presentations that address client trading needs.
- Cross‑sell retail clients who meet IB thresholds and guide them through the client growth lifecycle.
- Stay informed on market news and trends in FX, commodities, stocks and indices.
- Advise clients on trading strategies, risk management and industry terminology.
- Attend industry events to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking funding, volume and new account activations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales.
- Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices and equity markets.
- Hunter mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
