Business Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing SaaS startup that is reshaping business communications. As a Business Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, creating and qualifying opportunities that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through personalized outbound outreach and build a robust sales funnel.
• Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Create and refine outreach templates and sales workflow best practices.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and CRM data while meeting SLA targets.
• Provide feedback to Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management or a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive self‑starter comfortable in a hyper‑growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
