Business Process Analyst

About the role

The Business Process Analyst will support global transformation initiatives by analysing, improving and documenting business processes across Finance, Accounting, Tax and related functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver regulatory compliance and digital‑transformation projects that boost operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and meetings.
• Analyse, map (BPMN) and optimise end‑to‑end processes for global Finance and Accounting operations.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents, process maps, UAT scenarios and other project artefacts.
• Support e‑Invoicing roll‑outs and other regulatory initiatives across multiple countries.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, regional stakeholders and external vendors throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop reports, dashboards and business analyses to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Monitor project progress, risks and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Business Transformation, with basic project‑management knowledge.
• Experience on regional or global projects within multinational organisations is preferred.
• Background in Finance, Shared Services or regulatory transformation projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP environments and ERP‑based process improvement is a plus.
