Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will join YourPass, an all‑in‑one fitness and wellness app based in Amman, to develop and nurture partnerships with fitness studios, wellness providers and other key stakeholders on the platform. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure partners receive a seamless experience while contributing to the growth of the service.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new fitness and wellness partners, guiding them through the platform setup and activation.
• Plan and execute partner‑focused events and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain regular communication, address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor partner performance metrics, collect feedback and work with internal teams to improve processes.
• Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Represent YourPass at meetings, industry gatherings and local events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship, account management or customer success.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in fitness, wellness or lifestyle services and familiarity with the Amman market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or partner‑management systems.
