Client Support Officer

About the role

Equiti is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Support Officer to join its Retail Operations team in Amman. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, ensuring a professional, efficient, and accurate service across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via email, phone and live chat, adhering to established standards and processes.
• Prioritise and resolve client queries promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain positive, empathetic relationships with clients and team members.
• Assist with policy development, document filing, and onboarding processes.
• Support financial transactions in coordination with the Payments team.
• Guide clients on using trading platforms and company portals.
• Handle account maintenance requests and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Professional written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, changing market environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formula usage.
