Commercial Relationship Manager

About the role

The Commercial Relationship Manager will drive the implementation of the bank's marketing strategy within the commercial division, building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients. The role focuses on expanding credit and deposit portfolios while ensuring client solvency and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify existing and potential commercial clients, assess their needs, and define tailored solutions.
• Manage client relationships to meet sales targets and promote up‑selling and cross‑selling of the bank’s products and services.
• Oversee credit facilities and deposit growth, ensuring simultaneous expansion of both portfolios.
• Conduct field visits, collect documentation for credit decisions, and review credit requests for compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with internal segments to deliver high‑quality service and timely responses.
• Handle client complaints and lead service recovery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial banking at a leading international or regional bank.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
• Deep understanding of banking products, lending practices, and financial statement analysis.
