Consumer Marketing Retention Officer / Sr. Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Retention Officer (or Senior Officer) to drive data‑driven retention initiatives. The role combines analytical expertise with marketing know‑how to improve customer segmentation, design campaigns and boost loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct analyses to enhance behavioural customer segmentation.
• Create and optimise data‑driven retention marketing campaigns.
• Continuously monitor and report on customer retention KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prepare, launch and manage retention campaigns.
• Design and execute A/B tests for segmentation and offer design.
• Analyse performance of retention campaigns and provide actionable insights.
• Benchmark acquisition and retention offerings against competitors.
• Leverage market research to improve retention offers and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science, data science, marketing, finance or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience (basic knowledge) in a related discipline.
• Good understanding of the telecommunications industry, its products and services.
• Knowledge of behavioural customer segmentation and basic mobile user consumption trends.
• Familiarity with consumer behaviour concepts.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities.
• Proficiency in data presentation and visualisation.
• Advanced command of MS Office.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of campaign management systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
