Content Analyst

About the role

The Content Analyst will create and optimise product and non‑product content for our e‑commerce website. Working closely with marketing and SEO teams, you will ensure that product pages, blogs and multimedia assets attract and engage customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research technical and non‑technical product specifications, images, videos and other assets.
• Conduct keyword research and embed searchable keywords to improve visibility and traffic.
• Write unique, SEO‑friendly product descriptions and blog articles that enhance the shopping experience.
• Upload, format and cross‑check product content on the Magento platform, ensuring timely live publication.
• Maintain and update product categorisation and attribute sets based on customer behaviour.
• Collaborate with the SEO agency to align content strategy and produce videos or infographics.
• Link blog keywords to product pages to build site authority and drive conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a retail e‑commerce environment (preferred).
• Strong communication, teamwork and creativity skills.
• Ability to set goals, manage performance and report issues to a manager.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with Magento or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge, including keyword research.
• Content creation and editing for product pages and blogs.
