Content Creation Intern

About the role

Operater is looking for a motivated Content Creation Intern to help tell the story of its AI‑driven operating system. This unpaid position offers hands‑on experience building a public brand and the chance to work directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish short‑form and long‑form video content on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Film yourself and team members, edit footage quickly, and post content daily.
• Collaborate with founders and product teams to capture behind‑the‑scenes moments.
• Turn ideas into engaging posts, stories, and narratives that resonate with the audience.
• Experiment with formats, learn from failures, and iterate rapidly.

Required profile

• Passionate about AI, startups, and digital storytelling.
• Comfortable being on camera and sharing personal experiences.
• Willing to work hard, learn fast, and embrace an intense, fast‑paced environment.
• Eager to understand how startups grow from the inside.
