Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Operations Executive to manage and maintain accurate, competitive costs for our Express product portfolio. The role involves reviewing contractual agreements, identifying cost discrepancies and supporting cost‑analysis activities across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage line‑haul cost for Aramex stations, collaborating with stations to capture and reflect costs for pricing, invoicing and accounting.
• Produce cost reports and analyse sudden rate changes to ensure transparent cost digestion for all stakeholders.
• Represent Aramex with key airlines worldwide, leading line‑haul procurement and strategic cooperation with service providers.
• Design and optimise routing to secure timely connections for Aramex business globally, integrating station and airport operations for smooth process flow.
• Support pricing and invoicing teams with accurate cost data and contribute to continuous cost‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player mindset with a growth‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience building dashboards and visualisations in Power BI.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts.
