Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Director to shape and elevate our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints. You will guide the creative vision from concept to execution, ensuring consistency, originality, and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and extend established brand guidelines into compelling visual solutions for campaigns, packaging, menus, merchandise, signage, and digital experiences.
• Lead art direction for design, photography, video, social content, advertising, and seasonal product launches.
• Oversee composition, typography, lighting, food styling, motion graphics, editing, and material selection.
• Direct external partners such as photographers, filmmakers, stylists, designers, and fabricators.
• Review proofs, samples, and final outputs to maintain high creative standards.
• Mentor and develop the internal creative team through clear direction and feedback.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant creative experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proven ability to translate brand identities into multi‑format executions.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing external production partners.
• Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of product desirability.
• Practical knowledge of production processes, budgets, and timelines.
