Creative Videographer & Video Editor (Full‑time)

About the role

Fundingpips is seeking a creative Videographer & Video Editor to join its Content Team in Jordan. You will own video projects from concept through final delivery, shaping content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts, storyboards and visual hooks for social‑media videos.
• Film, direct talent, and manage lighting, audio and framing on set.
• Edit footage, add motion graphics and handle post‑production using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Produce content optimized for audience retention, organic engagement and current platform trends.
• Advise on filming styles, production opportunities and creative execution.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional videography and video‑editing experience.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence directing on‑camera talent.
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas beyond brief execution.
• Experience creating short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Familiarity with fintech, trading, brokerage or other digital‑first industries is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
