Customer Service Advisor (German/English) – Amman

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor in Amman, providing bilingual support in German and English. You will interact with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure service quality meets contractual KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver service that meets or exceeds contractual Key Performance Indicators.
• Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision‑support tools to provide appropriate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally following established procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services.
• Accurately document interactions and update the call tracking database.
• Refer customers to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff when needed.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
• 3‑6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in German and English.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and tolerate repetitive work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Proficient computer navigation and PC knowledge.
