Customer Service Representative (Arabic & English)

About the role

Join Binance’s Customer Service team to provide fast, accurate assistance to users of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange. You will handle live‑chat and ticketing inquiries in Arabic and English, ensuring high‑quality support and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of live‑chat sessions and other online communication tools.
• Provide accurate, comprehensive information following Binance’s communication procedures.
• Document customer requests and support other business units with effective liaison.
• Manage complaints, propose solutions within set time limits, and follow up to secure resolution.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and gather valuable feedback.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in finance or e‑commerce.
• College degree or higher.
• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and advanced English.
• High honesty, integrity, proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Positive attitude toward the crypto industry.
