Customer Service Representative (English Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join WUDUH’s call centre. The role involves providing friendly, accurate support to clients using the company’s financial settlement programs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, and conduct proactive follow‑ups.
• Resolve program‑related issues, provide correct information and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product updates through self‑directed learning and team meetings.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically, practicing active listening and patience.
• Educate customers on program features, policies, self‑service tools and online resources.
• Adhere to company compliance standards, schedules and service‑level expectations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Communications or related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Less than one year of experience; fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to de‑escalate tense situations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
