Data Analysis Manager

About the role

The Data Analysis Manager is a hands‑on leader responsible for delivering dashboards, reports and analytical models that support decision‑making across Hikma Pharmaceuticals. Reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, the role combines technical delivery on the Enterprise Analytics platform with proactive business engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day delivery of the Enterprise Analytics platform, including data modelling, measure development, performance tuning, refresh schedules and access controls.
• Design, build and maintain reusable data models, reporting standards, naming conventions and report layouts for use by all analysts.
• Collaborate with business function leads to shape requirements, investigate results and present actionable recommendations.
• Co‑own definition of key business metrics and KPIs with the data governance function.
• Lead a small team of analysts and BI specialists, reviewing work, developing technical capability and acting as the primary liaison between business and the Data & Analytics team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analytics and business intelligence delivery.
• Hands‑on expertise in building dashboards, reports and analytical models.
• Experience leading a small team of analysts or BI specialists.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage business function leads proactively.
