Dental Assistant – Full‑time, On‑site in Amman

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports the dental team at a busy clinic in Amman's Sweifieh district. The Dental Assistant works closely with the dentist to ensure smooth, safe, and comfortable patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
• Take and process dental X‑rays.
• Provide oral care instructions and post‑treatment guidance to patients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout each appointment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in dental care, dentistry, or dental assisting.
• Strong knowledge of oral care practices and sterilization protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and organization.
• Dental Assistant certification preferred; CPR certification is a plus.
