Dental Technician – Clear Aligner Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Dental Technician to join our Clear Aligner Manufacturing team. The role focuses on producing high‑quality clear aligners from digital treatment plans while maintaining strict quality standards. It is ideal for recent graduates interested in digital dentistry and specialized manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture clear aligners according to approved digital treatment plans.
• Prepare and process dental models for aligner production.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Perform trimming, finishing, and polishing of clear aligners.
• Conduct quality control inspections on manufactured aligners.
• Ensure cases meet Clearswift Dental’s manufacturing and quality standards.
• Identify and report manufacturing issues.
• Maintain an organized and efficient production environment.
• Follow production procedures and quality control protocols.
• Collaborate with the digital design and manufacturing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Technology (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good manual and technical skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within clear aligner manufacturing.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Previous experience in clear aligner manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
