Full‑time Doctor – Amman

About the role

The position is a full‑time, on‑site Doctor role based in Amman. The successful candidate will deliver direct patient care, conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans and prescribe appropriate therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient histories and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the EMR.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Participate in case discussions and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and current license or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction.
• Clinical experience in general medicine or a recognized specialty with strong diagnostic and treatment‑planning skills.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice, continuous learning and staying current with medical guidelines.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle a diverse caseload.
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the Amman patient population are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Basic office software for documentation and information review.
