Senior Consultant - Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

The Senior Consultant will lead and contribute to complex consulting projects for life‑science clients, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and supporting the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in or lead design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger engagements.
• Review client requirements, develop cost‑effective proposals, and ensure profitability.
• Provide direction to analysts, consultants and statistical services on engagements.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and craft solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Manage project timelines, communication with clients and team members when acting as Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharma or a related field with over 8 years of consulting or life‑science industry experience.
• Strong project management, client influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and develop consultative relationships with senior executives.
• Knowledge of current developments and key issues in the life‑science industry.
