DevOps Engineer

About the role

An infrastructure engineer who can confidently own production systems end‑to‑end and automate away manual work. You will be part of a senior, remote‑first team building immersive AI‑generated health & safety training platforms for industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑stack infrastructure ownership across cloud, CI/CD, monitoring, security and developer experience.
• Design and manage reusable, versioned CI/CD pipelines and self‑hosted runner fleets.
• Scale compute‑heavy workloads such as long‑running render or batch jobs.
• Develop and execute cloud cost‑optimisation strategies.
• Implement security and compliance measures, including secrets management and SOC 2 support.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform, SRE or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS production environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform (modules, state management, code review).
• Production‑grade Kubernetes expertise (debugging pods, rollouts, ingress).
• Ownership of CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Go or Bash.
• Incident‑response mindset with ability to write runbooks.
• Excellent written English for async communication and documentation.
