DevOps Lead – CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform

About the role

TSME Solutions is seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive and enhance DevOps practices across multiple projects and platforms. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, Kubernetes deployments, infrastructure as code, and monitoring to improve software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Lead Kubernetes deployments, configurations, and lifecycle management on AKS, EKS, or self‑managed clusters.
• Develop reusable automation with Terraform and Helm, managing container images and environment‑specific configurations.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, etc.
• Improve DevOps standards and deployment practices across projects.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate delivery activities with cross‑functional Development, QA, Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or self‑managed).
• Production experience with Terraform and Helm.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins).
• Solid knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and security fundamentals.
• Scripting and system administration experience on Linux and Windows.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead, guide, and mentor technical team members.
