D&T Associate Manager - Planner

About the role

The D&T Associate Manager – Planner will support the planning, coordination and governance of a complex portfolio of projects and initiatives. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders, you will ensure that demand, capacity, financials and delivery data are accurate, up‑to‑date and visible across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio‑level plans, timelines, milestones and resource views.
• Consolidate a central view of demand (new, change, ongoing) and support prioritisation discussions.
• Maintain go‑live trackers, validate delivery timelines and ensure consistent delivery updates.
• Coordinate inputs for Delivery Review Board and other governance forums, capturing risks and status.
• Track key dependencies across projects, flagging potential impacts on schedules.
• Support consolidation of financial data (CAPEX, PR) and align spend with delivery plans.
• Provide accurate data for leadership reporting, highlighting trends and issues.
• Ensure data quality and version control across all portfolio trackers.
• Assist delivery teams with execution frameworks, tools and templates.
• Develop resource plans, identify over‑ or under‑allocation and contribute to capacity planning.

Required profile

• Experience in portfolio planning, demand management and project delivery coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with governance processes such as Delivery Review Boards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, finance and leadership teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data consistency and quality.
