Electrical Design Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Technical Engineer – EPC and Concessions leads operational, technical and functional activities within MEP operations for EPC and concession projects. The role ensures alignment with organisational standards, business objectives and regulatory requirements while driving performance, coordination and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day MEP operations to meet efficiency, compliance and productivity targets.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, contractors and activities to achieve timely project completion.
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, clients and operational teams for smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, regulatory standards, HSE requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, service standards and quality benchmarks, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports, technical records, progress updates, cost analyses and management presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading MEP operations within EPC and concession environments.
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate and manage resources across multiple projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with internal and external parties.
• Solid understanding of compliance, governance and HSE standards in the construction sector.
• Analytical mindset for performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
