Enterprise Digital Solutions Analyst

About the role

The Enterprise Digital Solutions Analyst is a full‑stack digital practitioner within KEO Group’s IT function. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that digitise, automate and surface intelligence across the organisation, working across Microsoft platforms, Power Platform, data engineering and AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver solutions on the Microsoft stack, including SPFx web parts.NET Azure Functions, Power Platform apps, flows and Graph API integrations.
• Build and govern automated business processes across M365, integrating SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Teams and third‑party systems.
• Extend Microsoft 365 Copilot via Copilot Studio, creating custom agents, connectors and prompt extensions.
• Design and implement Power BI solutions, from semantic model and DAX to secure dashboards.
• Architect data models in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Dataverse, applying T‑SQL and warehouse‑layer design principles.
• Integrate Autodesk Construction Cloud and other AEC platform data using APS/Forge APIs.
• Prototype AI‑augmented solutions with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and Power Platform AI Builder.
• Stay current with Microsoft AI and Power Platform releases, evaluating new capabilities for business value.

Required profile

• Strong experience building full‑stack solutions on Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, governed digital products.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
