F&B Service Expert – Lounge Waiter

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Expert in the lounge, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every meal is enjoyed in a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining accessories according to lounge standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve food and beverages, answer menu questions, and attend to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including workstations, utensils, and dining surfaces.
• Handle menu items, verify information, and manage guest transactions.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on varied surfaces for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow safety, quality, and uniform standards.
