About the role

We are seeking a Finance Director to lead the financial function of a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia. The role involves steering financial strategy, overseeing day‑to‑day financial operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct financial management and strategic planning for the hospital.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering effective collaboration.
• Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning.
• Previous experience within a hospital or healthcare organization.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication and decision‑making abilities.
