Finance Manager - Irbid

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions in Irbid, Jordan. The role involves overseeing financial operations, reporting, and risk management for our branches and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Monitor financial performance of branches and projects.
• Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts, and financial closing.
• Manage financial risks and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and supervise the finance/accounting team.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial management.
• Proven ability to manage financial operations of subsidiaries and branches.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow, and reporting.
• Good understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical, leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting/financial systems.
• Microsoft Office expertise.
• CFA or CPA certification (advantage).
