Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will join ECOVIS in Amman on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s financial operations and supporting client engagements across taxation, auditing and consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements and management reports.
• Support client projects with financial analysis, cost accounting and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory and accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, risk‑assessment processes and finance‑function improvements.
• Oversee procurement policies and procurement processes.
• Supervise finance team members and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the energy sector.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate financial information clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel capabilities.
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software.
• Financial reporting and analysis expertise.
