About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fine‑dining establishment. The successful candidate will champion hospitality excellence, ensure a memorable guest experience, and lead a high‑performing front‑of‑house team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all restaurant activities to guarantee exceptional service and ambiance.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and schedule front‑of‑house staff while upholding fine‑dining standards.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage reservations, guest relations, and address feedback professionally.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Preserve a refined atmosphere that reflects the brand’s values.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of management experience in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of fine‑dining service, wine, and guest etiquette.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
