Recreational Services Associate

About the role

The Recreational Services Associate supports the daily operations of the Morale Welfare & Recreation (MWR) center, including lounge/bar, learning resource center, theater, media center, and information ticket and tours. The role ensures a welcoming environment, manages inventory, and assists with events and equipment maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cashier, customer service, and bartending duties across all recreational facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, basic repairs, and inventory levels for equipment, supplies, and alcoholic beverages.
• Set up and break down government‑furnished equipment for events, tours, and cultural activities.
• Provide complimentary snacks, manage bottled water stocking, and ensure a safe, sanitary atmosphere.
• Track and issue CAC equipment to guests, and maintain accurate records.
• Complete required Vectrus and Government training and adhere to time‑reporting procedures.
• Escort LN workforce in compliance with relevant Air Force directives and obtain an escort badge.

Required profile

• Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced, multi‑facility environment.
• Willingness to perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and equipment handling tasks.
• Capability to follow inventory, safety, and reporting procedures accurately.
• Eligibility to obtain and hold an escort badge as required by Air Force regulations.
