Floor Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Floor Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our gym facility. You will ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for members while coordinating staff and supporting fitness activities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the gym floor and guarantee safe equipment usage.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and keep the facility fully operational.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall readiness of the gym.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Provide professional fitness guidance and client training when needed.
• Handle member inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Promote classes, services, and membership options.
• Oversee membership sign‑ups, renewals, and related paperwork.
• Organize events and activities to boost member engagement.
• Develop, implement, and track SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on operations, usage, sales, and revenue.
• Drive gym sales through targeted marketing and promotions.
• Perform additional duties related to gym operations as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in physical education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a gym supervisor.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
