Front Office Agent – Hotel Reception

About the role

The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Opal Hotel, delivering five‑star service during check‑in and check‑out, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process reservations, payments, and billing with precision.
• Communicate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
• Follow up on guest feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and protect sensitive information.
• Work according to the assigned rotating shift schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front office or reception role within the hospitality sector.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems such as Opera and Sky Horizon.
