Frontend Developer Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer Specialist to independently deliver medium‑complexity features for both web and mobile applications. You will translate product requirements into scalable solutions, build reusable UI components, and ensure high‑performance user experiences across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement medium‑complexity features in React.js and React Native with limited senior oversight.
• Convert product requirements into technical designs, break work into estimable tasks, and flag risks early.
• Build, optimize, and maintain reusable UI components for a shared component library.
• Integrate and review RESTful API, payment, and micro‑service connections, handling errors and security concerns.
• Apply performance‑optimization techniques such as lazy loading, memoization, and bundle awareness.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide guidance during pair‑programming.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests and contribute to end‑to‑end testing strategy.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, estimation, and own delivery of committed work.
• Investigate, reproduce, and fix production defects, including incident triage for frontend issues.
• Document internal standards, contribute to knowledge‑sharing sessions, and collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional frontend development experience with React.js and/or React Native.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end features with limited supervision (portfolio, GitHub, or case studies).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
