Full‑Time Food Prep Team Member

About the role

Join the kitchen team at RAW & BOWL'D as a full‑time Food Prep Team Member. You will work on‑site in Amman, preparing fresh ingredients and assembling menu items to ensure consistent taste and presentation throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Wash, cut, portion and label produce and proteins according to standardized recipes.
• Assemble menu items, ensuring accurate portion sizes and visual consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food‑preparation areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Support kitchen operations during peak service periods, collaborating closely with chefs and other staff.
• Follow food‑safety and storage guidelines, ensuring proper labeling and temperature control.

Required profile

• Ability to perform basic food‑preparation tasks such as cutting, mixing, and assembling menu items.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and proper storage practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to follow instructions and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Reliability, punctuality and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to menu changes and follow company guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift or move supplies as needed.
