General Manager

About the role

Safad Tech is seeking a General Manager to lead its overall business operations and drive strategic growth across IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud services, and technical consulting. The role combines executive leadership with deep industry knowledge to transform technology capabilities into sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long‑term business development strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, financial targets, business growth, and performance metrics.
• Manage the IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud services, and technical consulting units.
• Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• Lead client development, negotiations, contract management, and long‑term client retention.
• Supervise large‑scale IT project delivery, ensuring budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish standardized processes for project delivery, customer service, and internal operations.
• Recruit, develop, and manage technical, sales, and administrative teams.
• Set sales, revenue, and KPI targets; identify new market opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field.
• 8–12 years experience in IT, technical services, systems integration or enterprise services.
• 3–5 years in senior management, operations or general manager roles.
• Proven experience in budget, financial analysis and P&L management.
• Strong strategic planning, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills for an international client environment.
