Graphic Design Instructor (Part‑Time)

About the role
Pioneers Academy is seeking a part‑time Graphic Design Instructor to join its creative training team in Amman. You will deliver both theoretical and practical sessions that enable students to develop strong creative and technical design skills that meet current industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct engaging lectures and hands‑on workshops covering core graphic design concepts.
- Guide students in building professional creative portfolios.
- Integrate AI tools and the latest design trends into the curriculum.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Previous experience teaching or training adult learners.
- Strong communication abilities and a genuine passion for creative education.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of 3D design tools.
- Familiarity with animation and AI‑based design tools (advantage).
