About the role

Fundingpips is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its Content Team in Jordan. The role focuses on producing digital‑first visual assets that boost the brand’s presence across social media and other online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Create campaign visuals, carousel posts, thumbnails and platform‑specific creatives.
• Develop visual hooks that capture audience attention and align with current social media trends.
• Produce organic content tailored for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital‑focused work.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Understanding of visual hooks, audience engagement and social media trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Fintech, trading or brokerage experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑based design tools.
