Guest Experience Host

About the role

As the Guest Experience Host at BARE, you will be the first point of contact for every visitor, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth dining journey from arrival to departure. You will guide guests through the BARE concept, manage seating, and keep the restaurant flow efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism and explain the BARE ordering process.
• Answer menu and restaurant questions confidently.
• Manage the waitlist, assign tables, and coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
• Communicate dining times, especially during peak periods, and maintain orderly table turnover.
• Continuously monitor restaurant flow, anticipate bottlenecks, and support a calm dining environment.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Friendly, confident, and highly professional demeanor.
• Natural hospitality mindset and enjoyment of guest interaction.
• Well‑presented, calm under pressure, and able to multitask.
• Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant settings is an advantage.
