About the role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join Crowne Plaza Amman, delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. The role combines front‑line hospitality with coordination across hotel departments to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and personalized welcome to every guest.
• Handle guest feedback, inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and create lasting impressions.
• Build strong relationships with guests while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
