Guest Services Associate – Airport Lounge & Transit Hotel

About the role

As a Guest Services Associate you will be the face of our newly launched airport hospitality operation, supporting both the Airport Lounge and the Transit Hotel. You will ensure every guest receives professional, efficient, and personalized service throughout their journey, from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of available services, facilities, and promotions.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
• Promote hotel and lounge services while identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, Hospitality, Aviation, or Customer Service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
