Gym Instructor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Gym Instructor to lead group fitness classes and provide personalized exercise guidance to members of all ability levels. The role focuses on creating a fun, safe, and motivating environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a variety of group fitness classes such as aerobics, spinning, and strength training.
• Assess members' fitness levels and design individualized exercise programs.
• Provide instruction on proper use of fitness equipment and correct exercise techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized recreational area and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies, assist injured guests, and coordinate with emergency services.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Uphold company policies, dress standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness or gym setting.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work full‑time, standing or moving for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
