Head of Marketing - SSEA / AMEPK

About the role

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive strategy and growth across the South‑East Asia (SSEA) and AMEPK regions. The role focuses on maximizing customer experience, brand value, and return on investment through integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing strategy across crops and business units for the target geography.
• Coach and manage dedicated marketing teams in two regions, overseeing budgets and brand performance.
• Ensure harmonized execution of marketing processes, tools, and decision platforms across all units.
• Align branding with global guidance for regional and customer segments.
• Sign off on five‑year planning and drive customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design effective go‑to‑market strategies.
• Own and manage the marketing budget, including A&P spend, to maximize ROI.
• Co‑develop licensing strategies by identifying gaps and business opportunities.
• Prioritize market segments, develop digital marketing strategies, and govern their implementation.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in brand management, marketing, and customer experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and cross‑functional projects.
• Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights for business decisions.
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
