Head of Product

About the role

Numero eSIM is seeking a Head of Product to own the vision, roadmap and user experience of its mobile and web platforms. You will build the product function from the ground up, working closely with Growth, Technology, Operations and the executive team to deliver high‑impact, revenue‑driving features for a fast‑growing telecom‑focused B2C app.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap in line with business strategy and user needs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end feature lifecycle – discovery, design, launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with Growth, Development, Operations and Support to ensure cross‑functional alignment and timely delivery.
• Translate business priorities into clear product specifications, user stories and release plans.
• Oversee UX/UI design to create frictionless, user‑centred journeys.
• Implement lightweight quality‑assurance processes to maintain high launch standards.
• Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to prioritize improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis, track market trends and surface actionable insights.
• Scale the product team over time, hiring Product Managers, QA and UX researchers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior product leadership role.
• Proven track record managing mobile app products (iOS/Android) with strong UX focus.
• Background in high‑growth digital B2C companies, preferably telecom, fintech, travel‑tech or marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑alignment skills across distributed teams.
• Data‑driven mindset comfortable with funnels, cohorts, experiments and KPIs.
• Hands‑on, humble attitude ready to be the first product hire and build processes from scratch.
