Head of Value & Access and PA, Levant

About the role

The Head of Value & Access and PA for the Levant region will partner with the regional director to design and execute transformative market access solutions for neuroscience assets. This role focuses on priority geographic markets, major HTA archetypes and budget impact models, ensuring that scientific value translates into payer and health‑care system acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated product access strategy across the product lifecycle, clearly articulating target populations, clinical endpoints, comparators and health‑economics data for payers worldwide.
• Support country teams during payer negotiations and ensure timely delivery of access‑related materials.
• Incorporate access inputs into target product profiles, clinical programs, BD&L assessments and indication sequencing.
• Identify and generate evidence beyond registration studies to satisfy medical experts and reimbursement bodies in key geographies.
• Collaborate with HEOR and PCO teams to embed high‑quality evidence deliverables into cross‑franchise strategies.
• Manage the access community, budgets and reporting of technical complaints, adverse events and special case scenarios.
