Health Club Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Health Club Supervisor to lead daily recreational activities, ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, and support the overall operation of our fitness and wellness facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish activity agendas and promotional materials using publishing software.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and report low stock to management.
• Recruit, register and schedule guests for recreational programs.
• Provide information on facilities, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents.
• Clean and maintain equipment, and ensure the facility meets quality standards.
• Support management in training, motivating and coaching staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, telephone calls and process payments when required.
• Promote an inclusive atmosphere, assisting guests with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unaided.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
