About the role
Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed. Instead, we aim to create a memorable and unique experience. Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests, stock carts, and clean rooms and public spaces to high standards.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Uphold quality standards, ensure professional uniform and personal appearance, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Required profile
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while performing hands‑on tasks.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and a proactive attitude toward guest service.
Required skills
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual tasks safely.
